PARTNER
William (Bill) Reinisch, Co-Founder, brings strategy, technology investing, venture capital and entrepreneurial expertise. Bill has assisted rapidly growing companies and has been responsible for the investment activities in the New York office of Paladin Capital. Previously Bill was the CTO of Motorola Ventures and an executive for Motorola where he directly led multiple investments and due diligence as a member of the firm’s investment committee. Bill is also a professor teaching entrepreneurship, finance, and technology management. He is an active angel investor in emerging technology companies. Bill has prior startup engineering, technology and operations experience, coupled with corporate strategy and intellectual property expertise.

RENEE LEIBLER
PARTNER
Renée Leibler, Co-Founder, is the Founder and President of NYU Blockchain. She brings over 15 years of experience in the tech start-up space. As a Co-organizer of BitdevsNYC, she orchestrated the first BTC/Lightning network hackathon in the US and has been an early adopter and investor in crypto since 2014. Renée is an invited speaker and panelist on Web3 technology and innovation. She is also a professor teaching entrepreneurship and has co-authored courses in cognitive entrepreneurship, blockchain and NFTs. Renée has had experience as an entrepreneur in the mobile technology space as well as real estate and brings this experience and perspective to Harmonic Chain.
